Terms Of Service

General Info:
^{💖 By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service
💛 You must be at least 18 to commission me
💖 I have a right to refuse any commission for any reason
💛 Please have visual references! Descriptions, especially personality descriptions for OCs are greatly appreciated
💖 I might post WIPs or stream drawing your commission, but if your commission is for a secret project let me know!
💛 Please always credit me explicitly when using my art
💖 The commissioner can use the art on their profiles/social medias with credit :)
💛 Don't edit or trace my art (remove my watermark, editing colors, redrawing parts, etc)
💖 My art is for personal/private use, you are not allowed to use your commission for profit (merch, prints, etc)
💛 You CAN use it for Twitch/VTubing, on your social medias or stream! Just no selling it on merch, prints, etc
💖 I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork.
💛 Under no circumstances can you use my art for AI or NFTs.}

What will I need to know?
^{💖 Type of art you're interested in (Headshot, Half body, PNGtuber, etc)
💛 Your character(s) references
💖 Info about them/their personality, especially for OCs.
💛 If you have a pose you'd like me to use, specific angle, or expression, it will help a lot!
💖 Feel free to include pictures you found online (while I can make something similar, I won't draw the exact same pose/style, it's only for inspiration/reference) or your own drawing (please don't worry if it's "bad", it helps a lot!)}

Payment:
^{💖 I do my commissions through VGen, which accepts payments through PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Card.
💛 All prices are listed in USD
💖 Please don't send me money before I've accepted your commission
💛 I'll only start your commission after payment
💖 There will be no refunds after I've started your commission. If I haven't started your commission, you'll be fully refunded}

Turnaround Time:
^{💛 My work hours are 10am-7pm CST Mon-Fri
💖 Your commission will be delivered within 2 weeks of payment, 1 month at the latest
💛 Commissions will be completed first come first served
💖 I won't work on the commission until you respond to my most recent update, to make sure everything is okay before I move on!}

Process:
^{1: Sketch - You can make as many minor corrections as you'd like, however if you need an entirely new drawing or concept, there will be a $5 fee.
2: Lineart
3: Base Colors - Unlimited corrections on colors
4: Render
5: I send you the commission!}

^{The commissioned artwork will be delivered as a .PNG in digital form only, in a way that allows for the full resolution to be downloaded (Likely through VGen itself)I try to keep everything saved, so you can ask me to send them to you again if you ever need it!Please keep in mind that I'm not responsible in situations where files might get lost on my side after delivering them to you (hardware damage/malfunction/loss, etc)
Make sure to save the files somewhere safe since I'm not able to guarantee their access forever!}

Half Body - $45

♥ Fully Shaded
♥ Minimal/No Background
♥ Cuts off at waist/bust, will include hands based on pose
♥ Super complex/detailed characters will be an extra $4.50

Knee Up - $60

♥ Fully Shaded
♥ Minimal/No Background
♥ Cuts off at thighs/knees
♥ Super complex/detailed characters will be an extra $6

Fullbody - $80

♥ Fully Shaded
